  • Tariff information (price, consumption, grid fees, general contract information)

4. Purposes of Data Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Connection of devices and tariffs: To enable the connection of energy management-relevant devices and tariffs based on manufacturer APIs.
  • Provision of the Energy Hub Service: To provide the Energy Hub Service as an aggregation platform.
  • Improvement and optimization: To improve and optimize our service.

The legal bases for processing your data are:

  • Manufacturers of your devices and providers of your tariffs: To enable the connection of devices and tariffs.

In order to provide the Energy Hub Service, it is necessary that you allow the manufacturer’s API (data source) to exchange the data with the Energy Hub Alliance. You can revoke this consent at any time, thereby withdrawing the Energy Hub Alliance’s access to your data.
